We offer a 3-day return request period, which means you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and unopened
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used wellness products
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Customized or special-order products
If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the unopened item (if eligible), and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing may take up to 7–10 business days
Banks or payment providers may require additional time
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
If orders are shipped outside India, local consumer protection laws may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
